Welcome to MyJobCV. We built this service to help you create professional resumes without the usual corporate jargon. Below is our entire legal agreement — no hidden chapters, no surprise changes.

1. Account & Your Responsibility
  • Google Sign-in required — we use OAuth only to save your resumes and keep them accessible.
  • You own your resume content — every skill, job entry, and bullet point belongs to you. We claim no rights.
  • Accuracy is on you — you're responsible for ensuring your CV is truthful and lawful.
2. Voluntary Coffee Contributions
  • 100% optional — you can use all resume features without ever paying. No "freemium" traps.
  • Amount range: ₹10 – ₹10,000 (one-time tip to support development).
  • What you get: our gratitude and warm karma. No exclusive features, equity, or VIP perks — because fair means equal for everyone.
  • Payment partner: Razorpay processes contributions securely. We never see your UPI PIN, card number, or banking credentials.
  • No subscriptions: we dislike recurring bills as much as you do. One-off tips only.
3. Privacy — What we collect & why
📌 Information we collect (only what's necessary)
  • Google profile data (name + email) — to create your account and let you access saved resumes.
  • Resume content (work history, education, etc.) — stored solely to generate and edit your CV. We never mine, analyze, or sell this data.
  • Payment confirmation — Razorpay shares transaction status and amount with us (no sensitive payment info).
🔒 How we protect you
  • SSL/HTTPS encryption for all data transfers.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party — ever.
  • No AI training on your resume data. Your career story stays private.
⚖️ Your rights (India DPDPA compliant)
  • Access, correct, or delete your entire account and all data at any time (one-click removal).
  • Export your resume anytime.
  • Questions? Email admin@myjobcv.com — real people reply within 48h.
4. Intellectual Property (fair & clear)
  • Your content = yours. You keep full ownership of the resume you build.
  • Our templates & code = MyJobCV property. You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use them for creating your own resumes. No reselling our designs.
  • No hidden license grabs: we won't suddenly claim rights to your personal information or uploads.
5. Changes & Legal Framework
  • We may update these terms when adding significant features. We'll notify you via email or in-app notice. No "retroactive surprises".
  • Governing law: India. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith discussion (we're reasonable people).
  • If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No sneaky loopholes.
